Welcome to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Regional Catholic School.  As principal of SEAS for the last 13 years, I am proud to share my faith, knowledge, and service with this vibrant school community.

Our school is home to children from four regional parishes: St. Barnabas in Bellmore, Cure’ of Ars in Merrick, St. Frances de Chantal in Wantagh, and St. Raphael in East Meadow, as well as students from neighboring parishes from Babylon to Freeport.  All are welcome to join the SEAS Family as we follow in Christ's footsteps.

Our teachers engaged in Professional Development opportunities throughout the summer to bring about new and innovative teaching methods and strategies.   We purchased 120 chromebooks to be used in our Junior High classrooms, and we are beginning to utilize iPads in the Fourth and Fifth Grade Classrooms. During our school year, The Diocese of Rockville Centre embarking on a new self evaluation using the Advanced Ed Accreditation Process. This process is based on improving student learning through high quality standards and strategies. The self evaluation utilizes classroom observations and survey data to create a profile for our school community, as well as strategic goals for implementation.

We are working to expand our school sports program, and we are now offering the violin option for our Kindergarten students who would like to participate in the school band program.  We encourage our students to become active and engaged members of our after school programs.

Please join together as TEAM SEAS for the journey

as we EMBRACE an exciting 2017-2018 academic year!

O God, who see how your people
faithfully await the feast of the Lord’s Nativity,
enable us, we pray,
to attain the joys of so great a salvation,
and to celebrate them always
with solemn worship and glad rejoicing.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, for ever and ever.
