A Look Back, A Look Ahead The children had a fun, very green week. Along with our fun projects we learned about the life of St. Patrick. St. Patrick was actually British but was taken from his family at 16 and brought to Ireland. After being enslaved for 6 years, he headed back to Ireland to teach the people about God. We also discussed how St. Patrick used the shamrock to explain the Holy Trinity. It was fun listening to the children as they shared what makes them feel lucky. Then, the children colored their shamrocks and leprechauns. Our St. Patrick's day party was a huge success. Thanks for all the yummy treats and festive contributions. We started practicing for our prayer services. The children are excited about sharing the Stations of the Cross with their SEAS friends and with their families. We are getting ready to start our next chaper in math, measurement. The children will have fun using rulers.
